Joe Jackson bring 20+ years of experience to companies and clients working in the real estate sector.  Joe is a native of Cabarrus County, NC and has developed deep relationships with Real Estate Developers, Builders, Lenders, and Real Estate Investors. Additionally, Joe retains licensures as a Realtor/Broker, General Contractor, and Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. Joe's understanding of business has always been second nature, even from his childhood as an extra hand around the family-run cash grocery; he continues his business-minded perspective, maintaining a fast-paced, meticulous work ethic, and a continuous drive to become better.Joe is both an undergraduate and graduate studies of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration.

Robert Settle

Robert Settle comes to Metrolina Capital Advisors with a diverse 20 year entrepreneurial background comprised of real estate and financial services experience with companies such as Highwoods Properties, AG Edwards and Central Carolina Bank. In these positions he has developed a reputation for creativity and hard work. Robert is known for his ‘make it happen’ ethos. Robert assists sellers of commercial and residential real estate with time critical and outcome oriented solutions. Robert is a Management Graduate from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC and holds active real estate licenses in NC (broker) and SC (salesperson). Robert resides in Fort Mill, SC with is wife Jennifer and three busy sons. They are active members of Fort Mill First Baptist Church. In his off time, Robert enjoys travelling and spending time with his family, playing golf, racquetball and building blocks with his boys.
